Summer Holiday Kids Activities
Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances, we have had to cancel today’s workshops. Anyone who has already bought tickets for today will receive a full refund, including booking fee, by the end of the week from our ticket agents Ticketsource. Please note that the workshops on 14th and 28th August still have tickets available.
August Summer Holiday Workshops for Children
Get creative with our team at Burwell Museum this summer!
£6.50 per child
Workshop 1
Thursday 7th August: 10:00am to 11:00am or 11:30am to 12:30pm
Mono print workshop – Vehicles
Spend some time looking at vintage vehicles with drawing activities led by our team. Using your drawings, we will complete a mono printing workshop using different techniques to create a print. Please return on the weekend to collect your artworks.
We highly recommend that you book your tickets online prior to the event. (A small number of tickets may be available in the Kiosk on the day; these will be limited and sold on a firstcome-first-served basis)
Please select a time slot. One ticket per child per time slot.
Tickets on sale now (online only)
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your workshop and wait at the kiosk/main gate. A member of our team will collect you from here. We ask that x1 adult per child attends and accompanies their child throughout the visit. Some of the workshops may be a little messy, so please dress in clothes that suit the activities!
The museum will only be open for the activities. It is not a general open day.
Season Tickets cannot be used for this event.
Driving/parking
Please park in the Gardiner Memorial Hall car park just off the High Street. 5 minute walk to the museum from rear of carpark. Directions here. Disabled parking in Mill Close.
