August Summer Holiday Workshops for Children
Get creative with our team at Burwell Museum this summer!
£6.50 per child

Workshop 2 – String Art
Thursday 14th August: 10:00am to 11:00am (sold out) or 11:30am to 12:30pm (some tickets remaining)
During this workshop you will make some weaved string art using embroidery threads – we have so many colours to pick from. Have you tried thread painting before? Let’s makesome flowers and shapes using paint. This workshop is the fiddliest out of the four so adults please do get involved!
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your workshop and wait at the kiosk/main gate. A member of our team will collect you from here. We ask that x1 adult per child attends and accompanies their child throughout the visit. Some of the workshops may be a little messy, so please dress in clothes that suit the activities!
The museum will only be open for the activities. It is not a general open day.
Season Tickets cannot be used for this event.

Please park in the Gardiner Memorial Hall car park just off the High Street. 5 minute walk to the museum from rear of carpark. Directions here. Disabled parking in Mill Close.
